This Privacy Statement sets forth the privacy policies and practices of Cencora, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Cencora”), as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data (as defined below) in connection with your use of our websites that link to this Privacy Statement (the “Websites”). Please read this Privacy Statement carefully and completely before using the Websites.
Terms of Service
Unless and except as expressly otherwise agreed in a mutually executed writing, any purchase by you of products from MWI (the “Products”) will be exclusively governed by these Terms of Sale and by placing an order for, purchasing or guarantying the purchase of any Products, you agree to these Terms of Sale. MWI does not accept any terms or conditions other than the terms and conditions set forth below or on MWI’s invoice. Any additional or different terms, conditions or contractual provisions introduced by you (including any terms and conditions attached to your purchase orders or other standard or printed terms issued by you) are hereby rejected and MWI will not be bound by any such terms unless MWI has explicitly agreed in a mutually executed writing to those additional conditions. These Terms of Sale may not be altered, supplemented or amended by use or reference to any other documents or agreements, unless and except as expressly agreed by MWI in a mutually executed writing. Any Products sold under an agency model will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms of sale.
Autoship Terms
MWI Animal Health terms and conditions generally dictate that sales are limited to veterinary professionals and animal-related businesses, requiring approval for returns within seven working days of receipt. Key policies include Net-14 day payment terms for businesses, potential advance payments for new customers, and compliance with strict pharmaceutical packaging and labeling guidelines
Returns & Refunds
MWI Animal Health’s returns policy closely follows the EU Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (2013/C 343/01). All returned goods must be in perfect original condition; not marked in anyway, should not show any evidence of being tampered with, including the opening of the outer packaging of the product and carry a product license number where appropriate. Date and Batch managed products will be checked against the original pick order, and only if they match will a credit be issued. A product whose inner packaging has been opened cannot be accepted for return for credit. Goods must be accompanied by a ‘Returns Note’. If returning multiple items, they must be packaged in quantities of 20kgs or less.
